Ryan Johnson | GoozerNation A pictorial gallery showcasing how Nintendo has slowly evolved the gaming experience within the generations without the need of advancing to a next-generation console. What will we see for the Wii U?
Good history. I had forgotten about the GBA Micro. I now remember the E3 when it was announced.
I had a micro. That thing was awesome! It was like 1/2 the size of an original GBA. The battery died on me, though. Thank god for emulators; no need to send away for a replacement battery if I've already got an android phone and an emulator.
It will be exciting when the big games for the Wii U release. I wish they would port DQ:X over here to give us something to do in the mean time. Nintendo has to be the greatest gaming company left on Earth. The gaming industry would be lost without them pushing innovation and keeping gaming about what it was always primarily suppose to be about. Fun.
I really hope they release that here too! I think one of the reasons there is so much hate directed at Nintendo these days is because it has always been popular to hate on the best. Nintendo has consistently delivered stellar experiences year in and year out for 30 years, and have done so in so many genres.
I loved my Gameboy and Gamecube, sooooo much and I still have them too. I would love it if they brought the GBA and Gamecube games to the virtual console. That was my favorite console generation. It was when modern gaming hit its stride and still had not become bloated with over inflated budgets and an over focus on making money.
Nintendo haters just go away. Nintendo is legendary know matter how bad you think they suck.
