Still Playing: Far Cry 3

"Far Cry 3′s pirates are obligingly easy to kill. Mostly, they meet their ends at the hands of my gangly, college boy protagonist, Jason Brody, who hoses them with bullets from the treeline, or tip-toes up behind them like Elmer Fudd and stabs them throught the heart. They fill their strongholds with explosive barrels and often wander off alone to investigate what it could be in those bushes that sounds so much like a komodo dragon. The World Health Organisation doesn’t publish statistics for fictional island chains, but the leading cause of death among the pirates of Far Cry 3 appears to be stupidity." (Far Cry 3, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)
