"With absolution being part of the title, I feel it’s only right that I begin this review with a confession; I’ve never played a Hitman game before. Never, ever. Not properly anyway; I played a free demo once upon a time, but I can’t even be sure what console it was on, so my knowledge of just who Agent 47 actually is, or what he gets up to is a big fat zero. Nevertheless I dived in any way – it’s called Hitman: Absolution, right? The guy is a contract killer, so the game will probably involve killing people for money, and some how there’s going to be some absolution thrown in along the way."
