IGN - Huge but inconsistent, Assassin's Creed III is an impressive adventure that succeeds in most of what it attempts.
(Assassin's Creed III, PC)
8.6/10
I hope it runs better than Revelations, because that run like crap. If anyone has it, can you tell me what it plays like on yours. I've got a 570gtx and a 2500k, so if it runs well on an equivalent rig I might actually buy it.
I have a 2500K & 2GB 560ti SLI. Runs great maxed WITH SweetFX to boot! The only problem is SLI causes nasty flickering in deep snow. Haven't seen the problem anywhere else, and it disappears disabling SLI. It still runs great with SLI disabled, but I hope nvidia puts out a new driver soon (using latest beta now).
it runs sorta poorly in the big cities, but uses a lot of blur so its playable for sure. On consoles It can go well below 20 fps, on your pc you might see some drops in the 30s once you hit boston.
About to test it out on GTX 670. ive read it should get a solid 60fps 1080p on ultra. slight dip in boston. I imagine the performance should improve alot when nvdia updates it's drivers.
