Wiivolution

It’s easy to see that the past half-a-decade has been one of the most prosperous periods in gaming history. Audiences have been much clearer and more defined than ever before with the successes of many different franchises and consoles. We’ve seen new innovations in the field of gaming we would’ve never dreamed of ten years ago. But for these same reasons, while we’ve seen the gaming industry flourish in many different fields over the past few years, we’ve seen some of the biggest controversies and divides in the gaming industry. At the forefront of all this debate was the catalyst, one of the most successful, discussed and controversial consoles of all time: the Wii. (Nintendo, Wii, Wii U)
