ZombiU Multiplayer Trailer

The latest video highlights a lone survivor facing off against the ‘King of the Zombies’ and his undead horde in the game'’s multiplayer mode. The trailer uses live actors in the beginning.

I think style of multiplayer could be cool online.

I think it would be cool to have team matches. 4 players vs 4 spawners or something.

Sigh, well then I will never get to play the mode. Oh well, at least there is still single player.

People claim they want a real survivor horror game and ZombiU is supposedly that game. We will see how well this game sells. Capcom thinks survivor horror games wont sell that well, so it will be interesting to see if ZombiU has great sales numbers.

Capcom doesn't know how to make them anymore. They blame the genre while it's really just them.

So thats what the multiplayer for this game is like. While that looks fun, no online kinda hurts. Its probably better this way to start off. I'd rather them focus on single player and gameplay, but wait until Nintendo has a clear direction for online. That way if they make a stellar single player and a fun offline multiplayer, if sells are there, the possible sequels online modes will blow the doors off on a more fleshed out network. This trailer still has not sold me on the game for day one, but I will keep an eye on it and hope for a demo.
