CoD Black Ops Declassified has gone gold

In a tweet fest overnight, Nihilistic talked about all things CoD Black Ops on the Vita, including the fact that the US version has gone gold. Quite a few things are absent from the major versions, but there seems to be plenty for portable gamers to enjoy.

They also gave a full list of MP maps, weapons, perks and other details. No new screens after the developer's recent claim of image improvements though, so we'll have to see on that front...

i hope hope the textures are better because seriously the first trailer was very bad to showcase the game i did see the improvements but in the pictures but still hope its looks better.

ruins alot of the advertisement for the game, aswell as misses some opportunities gamers.

Hope the game is good, for Vita's sake and for Call of Duty's sake.

I fully expect this game to get bashed on Metacritic. I just hope they don't compare it to the PS3 versions. As much as Vita is touted as a portable console, it really isn't. It needs to be judged on a different set of standards.

Just out of curiosity, how musc is gold, is it 500.000?

According to Vgcharts 82,882 preordered Persona 4: The Golden In NA and with a couple of weeks before it is getting released it will probably soon surpass 100.000.

In this case; Black Ops going gold means its complete and ready to be sent out to be made. A game goes gold before the release so they can put the data on a disc or in this case on a Vita card. It also means they are no longer working on the game anymore and have started on DLC, A patch or something new. I'm sure their is someone out there that can word it better.

I didn't know Persona 4: Golden had so many preorders and I think by release it should reach 100k. I'm sure it will sell a few Vitas as well.
