It's amazing to me, that on a console that every leading industry expert said was not powerful enough to run BC, we have games like Red Dead playing BETTER than the 360 plays them. As OpenGL points out below this is not always the case, but the fact still remains that the XB1 is capable of improving the performance on some games, and we have even seen patches for games that run slow when they first launch. It's really a great feature for collectors like me, and I hope one day to get to play OG Xbox games on the XB1 as well.

I tried both it and Undead Nightmare and was pleasantly surprised by how it runs now. Some of the Xbox 360 games on Xbox One run worse than before but that was not the case here. Glad that I can now play one of my favorite last-gen games on a current-gen console.

There were rumors that during Sony's E3 they were gonna show RDR 2 but because of the shooting in orlando they cancelled it.

That rumor was debunked by Adam boyes That conference was planned out months in advance. There was no RDR 2 unveil.

Besides Rockstar knows they can just announce it like they did with GTA V and the hype will be real.

Nonetheless, the hardware of todays consoles is very very outdated. Sadly this game is not on PC - would love to play it in 4k with 60fps+

It peforms well. The game still looks fine. Goodness knows how the new game would look on xb1/ps4, let alone the other consoles coming out.
