The Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition has arrived for $399.99, but we wonder if it was really needed or just a simple cash-in.
We're talking about a limited edition item here, and by definition, those aren’t exactly 'needed'. But when you look at what’s included, the controller, the strap, and a few months of Game Pass, it actually turns out to be a surprisingly good deal.
What’s weird is that this is a VR headset branded with Xbox, a platform that doesn’t even support VR. And Xbox is part of Microsoft, a company that more or less walked away from all of its VR efforts. Yet somehow, this ends up being the best value available for a VR headset. If you're looking to get into VR, unless you're buying used, it’s hard to find anything that offers more for the price.
Here's more information about the fan favorite Dynasty Mode for EA SPORTS College Football 26 and that time is now here!

I hope it has the Final Fantasy Tactics Remaster...and as usual from me before a state of play ..a new Ridge Racer or Burnout and a new unannounced fighting game.
But much more likely are a new Borderlands 4 trailer, Updates for existing games ..updates for upcoming games and 1-3 more Remasters of games released in the last 5-10 years already. (sigh)
Really looking forward to Sony's State of Play. It's always exciting to see what surprises might be in store, even though expectations should probably be kept in check.
A lot of Sony’s major first- and second-party studios are likely still deep in development. Naughty Dog, Sucker Punch, and Insomniac are working on known projects, so it's probably too early for any big reveals from them. Bend and Bluepoint recently scrapped their live-service titles, so we likely won’t hear from them just yet either. And it’s probably still too soon for another Gran Turismo update.
That said, there’s still hope for some exciting announcements. I'd love to see some legacy content finally make its way to current platforms. Imagine an Uncharted Trilogy PC port, a God of War Collection, or even a MotorStorm Collection—that would be incredible, even though this newer version of Sony seems more focused on remakes of recent titles rather than digging into their deep backlog.
A remastered inFamous Collection would be amazing too—those games being stuck on PS3 is just a shame. And hey, if we're dreaming, a Jak and Daxter or Sly Cooper remake would be a dream come true… but let's be honest, the chances feel slim.
Maybe we'll get a glimpse at Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2—that trailer would be a big win. And fingers crossed that Sony Santa Monica is ready to show something, even just a teaser.
Either way, hoping for some surprises. It's not always about huge reveals—sometimes a well-curated throwback collection can steal the show. Let’s see what happens
Fingers crossed for FF9 Tactics Remake (or Remaster), FF9 Remake, and RE9! Those get dropped I will be jazz hands for the rest of the day.
It's that time. Percentage of games releasing from each studio.
Bend Studios: recently cancelled LS game it'll be awhile until we see anything from them. 0% they'll be at the show
Blue Point: also had a cancelled LS game. Said to be Gow LS inspired project. 0% chance theyll show up.
Insomniac Games: Wolverine is in the works. Haven't had no update since the September 2021 reveal. Release date 2026. 80% chance we'll see it. It's been too long.
Naughty Dog: Intergalactic is there main project said to release in 2027. Second project might be Uncharted related. Started in 2022.
2% they show up. That 2% is updates to the remaster and what not, small updates etc.
San Diego Studio: MLB every year. 0% chance they don't show up to any shows.
Santa Monica. Last game was GoW 2022 seperate from Corey Barlogs Main game. 80% chance it'll show up as that last thing to close the show.
Haven Studios: Fairgames. 10% chance it'll show up. With Jades departure and play tests being underwhelming I think they're gonna let this game sit for awhile.
Media Molecule: last game was Dreams in 2020. They're making a new Ip have been MIA. 50% chance they'll show up. It's been a good while so I'm 50/50.
Firesprite: they were doing Twisted Metal LS that got cancelled and apparently another game but who knows if they're still working on it or it's a real project. 1% they'll show up.
House Marque: Yes I think Saros will be shown off. 90% chance.
Polyphony: nothing new they release a new GT every gen. 5% maybe updates but I doubt it.
Team Asobi: yes New Astro updates. 95% chance.
Bungie: Marathon. I'll say no, with all the controversy and apparently sony canceled paid promotions and advertisement. 5% theyll show up. If they do there's nothing they cab show that'll generate excitement right now.
Sucker Punch. 100% Ghost Of Yotei gameplay trailer and ready for release on October 2.
Guerrilla Games Horizon 3 did to be a 2027 game. 0% It's not time yet.
Oof..new Lumines..now thats an unexpected pretty cool start.
