You'll have to stick with the original Switch for Zelda in VR.
Nintendo announced the new Nintendo Switch (OLED Model) this morning. The new model will be a great fit for some but doesn't seem to be what others were hoping for. The system will not fully support all Labo sets.
That’s pretty weird. Seems like you’re better off sticking with the older model and waiting for an actual new next-gen console
There is a pretty easy fix for this. since the issue stems from the way the labo fits around the screen (in certain situations), the new screen is actually the same size as the original, it just has an increased viewing size. So from 6.2" viewable to 7" viewable... just cut the cardboard to be slightly bigger than it is for the viewing opening. So you can then see edge to edge with the newer model like the previous model (which would now show more of the bezel in that same cut out cardboard).
I mean, they could just push an update that shrinks the display output to the right size on the new model...crazy I know!
Let's be real here. Who actually uses labo and if they did, who still uses it?
Nintendo has released another free Labo VR Mini-Game called Lunar Exploration, featuring a lunar rover that has to explore the surface of the moon.
The Starter's the best part of this virtual meal.
If it's because you cant detach the joycons... that isnt much of a stopper from making it work. Since there is no head strap, you have to hold the unit up to your face anyways. So holding it by the joycons to play seems likely. They just need to make a smaller version of the cardboard kit.
If nintendo can make a circle pad attachment for the original 3ds and then a larger one for the 3ds xl then they can make a labo VR for the switch lite.
This is just going backwards
Labo VR: a temporary toe dip.
First thing I thought when they announced NSL. No VR. It will sell like hotcakes though but losing the ability to play some of the library is never a good thing. In order to play all the games, you got to spend $100 more.
Not shocking but yet another thing stripped from what the normal Switch can do.
