Clearly Wii U's soooo bad that it will cancel out Wii/DS/3DS profits completely and also cost Nintendo their billions in reserves.
The Wii U is not the devil the media makes it seem.
I like how he pronounces it "turd party support".
Gotta use that one day.
@Geekman
CPU complaints are moot. The GPGPU is there to fill that in. The game is on PS3/360, so it can be on Wii U.
Those other reasons are pretty valid though. There are very few third party games that Nintendo's audience would buy in great numbers.
Bring MGSV to Wii U, then we'll talk. I'd rather have Pac-Man than Snake.
Nice sales increase. Hopefully this upward trend continues throughout the rest of the year.
More excuses. PS4 was supposed to "obliterate" the Wii U, right?
Yesssss.
They should allow chat through the Wii U Gamepad Mic in the Wii U version. Heck, you could use the touch screen as a cellphone to call your friend, then talk through the mic as a phone!
The positive side of being a Wii U owner is playing the great games and experiencing the new things the console can offer.
Ubisoft wanted something to show at E3.... It's typical third party fashion to rush something to E3 just to impress people.
Yep, Nintendo's going to have good third party support in the future.
Indies = Future third parties.
Building a relationship with them while they're small is a smart long term investment.
It doesn't make their current third party support any better, but these current third parties are falling apart anyway. I see good things in the future of Nintendo after this rough console generation.
I hope you're right.
I hope this building will be the source of many Wii U OS/Library improvements to come.
They're going to announce Rosalina in Tropical Freeze! :P
I think it looks fine, people are too darn obsessed with graphics these days.
P4R Gaming? C'mon. An article like this (going off of the headline) needs to be made!
What's really annoying is that every talk about Wii U has to be an argument about Nintendo's relevance in the gaming industry.
It better run at a darn good frame-rate then.
I agre. Nintendo knew iPad was famous so they made an iPad with no OS. My Gamepad can't even make phone calls which is outrageous in 2014.
Interesting.
