B can play it

According to the article there are several people banned for sharing the CoD maps, this has nothing to do with that message.
your situation isn't Sony's problem I think (it's your game), but when you share the games with 5 different people it's a different story

EA rushes games too much (especially on PS3) and wants it on too many platforms, 2 or 3 (maximum!) is more then enough imo

You don't have any clue you're talking about... Here in Europe we also pay over a 100 dollars (most games are about 65 euros) for a game. So that's not only New Zealand and Australia that has games so expensive. Uncharted was the worst, that game costs 70 euros in some stores.
Though I think this guy is a little bit too much over the top, I don't like the delays too.
