Unpowered yes but it doesn't need the specs of Xbox One or PS4 its already a success as it is and if the rumors are true about a cheaper model and a more advanced model then its going to sell a lot more.
No PS4 isn't in the lead with sales people have said the Wii U was in the same gen as PS4 and Xbox One so therefor Switch is in the lead once PS5 and the next Xbox hit stores. :)

1. Credit for saying Xbox One X would support VR and doesn't.
