Ha!
you're thinking of is Penn & Teller: Bullshit. that episode was all about the myth that video games encourage violent behavior. good episode, good show.
there is an option in that level to skip it, if it really offends you. and i'm pretty sure IW isn't saying 'here's a machine gun and an airport full of civilians, hope you have fun!' i believe they're trying to push across the reality of the situation. i believe they want you to feel horrified about what you did in that level, to feel the remorse and guilt, and then realize how horrible and inhuman the people who would do that in REAL LIFE must be.
is denying that Killzone 2 slaughters Halo 3 visually. anyone can see it does. i believe all Alcon is trying to say (i could be terribly wrong) is that we haven't seen the new engine in action so it's pointless to make graphical comparisons at this point in time. And even when we get that HD direct video, the different color styles may make it even more difficult to gauge which looks better.
if you're talking polygon counts or anti-aliasing or other technical terms, then yes it ...
And Punch!
stuffrokz08 shall be there!
to disable the wii from updating, as well as removing updates from purchased games or game backups. i don't know what they are personally, but one of my best friends has a hacked wii, and he told me he has a program on his computer that removes updates from games, and he just turns that wiiconnect thing off.
i do understand your hesitancy though, as it would be messed up if it were to get bricked. but his seems fine, and he's had it for almost a year.
that i personally think can outsell Halo 3 will be.... Halo 4 whenever it comes out. though i do think Halo Reach will have big sales as well. i personally think the majority of video game consumers (i.e. everyone who doesn't frequent N4G or other gaming sites) will be intrigued by other Halo games, but only really view them as spinnoffs and whatnot (going by Halo Wars solely on this) and won't be as excited as they could/should be. Though when they eventually see the '4' after Halo, they'...
Since I've joined this site and seen many of your comments, not so much anymore.
or nightwish or Kamelot or any of those metal bands. i dunno lol i like them and they always seemed like they would be quite fun to play in rock band/guitar hero.
didn't see you trying to get the ps3 fans out of the article about the 360's conference...
considering the way ps3 fans overtook that article, the 360 fans presence in this article is rather light.
unless they add some crazy function in the next minute or so. it looks unimpressive to me, but i personally think motion controllers in general are overrated regardless of system.
is that essentially Final Fantasy VS XIII? or is it a completely new entity? if it's not vs XIII then it seems kind of quick to be rolling out another FF.
edit: oh, it's online. not sure what to think about that..
to go wild every time Hannah Montana is mentioned lol.
Rockstar North exlusive ps3 game is called Agent! sounds crazy!!!
aww... they only mentioned it. not even a teaser. :(
Looks absolutely stunning.
Metal Gear Solid: Rising.
intriguing.
HUZZAH!!!!!
Woo Crackdown 2!!!
originated on the PC. came out on the Playstation. GTA 2 again originated on the PC, then went to the Playstation and Dreamcast. GTA III and it's expansions originally came out on PS2, then went to the PC and Xbox. GTA IV was multi, and EFLC exclusive to xbox 360.
basically, GTA has been FAR from an exclusive franchise, so get the facts straight and don't act like it wouldn't have existed if not for the Playstation Brand. Though i will admit, GTAIII being on the ps2 and in 3D ...
