Ha! Not a chance. I've only gotten better with age (37.) It's like a form of meditation for me. Currently playing through all of Yakuza. Loves.
Fantastic game. Since August I've played: 0, Kiwami, Kiwami 2 and now Like a Dragon. I'd heard of the series but had never given it a shot. I can definitely say I've entered it into my all-time fav series with Resident Evil, Mass Effect and Metal Gear.
Control was fine but generation defining? I think not. In Remedy's last decade of releases it's ranks number 3 for me personally. 1 being Alan Wake and the number 2 slot goes to Quantum Break.
I remember I bought the camo Big Boss Edition PSP for this. I loved Peace Walker. I later played Portable Ops and thought it held up very well albeit it the controls were not as good as Peace Walker. I know Hideo Kojima stepped away as director but Portable Ops was still a great entry into the series.
I'm looking at my copy right now. I got rid of a bunch of 360 games years ago but I just couldn't part with this one. It was really something special. I've recommended it to several people over the years and almost all of them have never even heard of it.
I was waiting for Best Buy to announce this. I'm glad they're doing it. I remember in order to get a steelbook with 2 I had to order a regular copy from Best Buy along side the collector's from GameStop which should have been included in the collectors to begin with. I will never forgive Best Buy for axing Gamer Club but I do appreciate that they do exclusive steelbooks and 10 dollar coupons still. The Control Steelbook was especially quite lovely.
Absolutely not. If someone took the time to write it or translate it I read it.
Sean Murray is an awkward idiot, neither of those games should have ever been developed period. Waste of time, resources and talent. They were attempts to make money on that stupid new buzz concept "games as a service" and both failed and rightly so.
Fucking fabulous! THIS and Keanu have been my favorite moments from E3 this year. ^_^
I refuse to disable my adblocker to have someone tell me how V is "just another generic white guy protagonist."
Present Day Hollywood is an absolute disaster and should serve as a lesson on how to destroy an art form through forced, one sided social and political agendas. I hope Hideo Kojima sticks to his history of unbiased approach when it comes to the presentation of social politics in his games and lets everyone form their own opinions.
~The Witcher 3 but I didn't play it until 2018 mind you.
I always thought it was also because Capcom signed a 4 Resident Evil title deal with Nintendo. They did REmake and Zerø then the Dreamcast ports of 2 & Nemesis and Nintendo was pissed that they were just getting rather shitty ports instead of new games so Capcom came back with Resident Evil 4 as a grand finale.
~A Dragon's Dogma sequel in the RE Engine.. Oof. ^_^
~For a moment I was like don't tell me Gearbox is complying with the obnoxious wave of PC culture and taken away the Meat Popsicles!
I'm loving listening to all the ways people are tying to explain this game away, but woke politics? First of all, I think that pretentious wave has crested in the gaming world (hopefully.) It's currently decimating Hollywood. I don't recall Quantum Break containing any woke politics and anyone who didn't own an Xbox or actually played it still shit all over that game. Moral of the story: I loved Quantum Break.
Really... Enough with the recreational outrage already. Although to be fair the religious fundies *have* taken a backseat to the SJWs in recent years.
~Then please, by all means continue playing Fortnight with your "bros."
Yea, no. The only thing Stadia threatens is boring everyone to tears at this E3 if that's all anyone talks about.
Devil May Fantasy: Chaos from Team Ninja huh? ~I'm into it.
