Can't honestly see EA doing that over EA access, there are currently millions more PS4 consoles in homes, EA may not be 100% happy with Sony over EA access but they didn't get where they are for being stupid and risking isolating the platform with the most sales would certainly be stupid.

Maybe it's just me but I don't really fancy any of these PsNow, EA access services, not because it might not be decent but if they catch on is it going to start a trend of every major dev trying their hand at it.
Next thing we know there are half a dozen different services each requiring a seperate subscription.
If you have a PS4 then the last bit of your post doesn't make sense as you refer to PS gamers as being on the opposite side from your self, refer to Xbox gamers as we, as in something you are part of.
I will give you an answer, the PS4 and X1 have many of the same games they are usually referred to as 3rd party titles or multi platform titles and in the case with a few of these titles the PS4 version runs at a higher resolution or frame rate, in some cases both.
