Neither on Steam Store itself… PC has many oficial key resellers so normally games go 17-20% discount on release date for PC (little bit deeper on gray sites) no much competition stores on consoles though, usually greenmangaming, gamesbillet or fanatical has the best discounts…

they can but like with everything, there are consequences, they cant cry when they're told something back or if sales drop drastically (which probably wont happen) or if people start boycotting its on them, or if their next game never gets support ... calling some of their playerbase brain dead for a play style is stupid, as stupid as them since they never tested the game, as soon as i touched the flamethrower I knew it was the most junk the game had to offfer...

Well, I dont expect xbox fanbase to buy them at all even if it was coming to xbox same day release... now a days xbox gamers would first ask if it was coming to gamepass, get told "no", then proceed to wait for it to come to gamepass sometime ...

Oh yeah i certainly do not like dynamic difficulty, i read it has hard just like remake once you complete it but I think Hard would be almost impossible on a first play through, its best to play on normal and make yourself some rules, like no use of items … i still think that they should have make hard difficulty viable on first playthrough and then add a very hard one after completing game but oh well normal it is!

Dynamic is suppose to be so youre never really overpowered, if youre lv 50 enemies even first enemies are lv 50… the article itself mention its normal difficulty but with enemies scaling on your level, ala FF8
its a problem with global ilumination and people aggressive undervolt, i had problems and as soon as i turned off global ilumination and deactivated the undervolt specifically for helldivers 2 everything got fixed, also latest driver patch working for many people…

modding and cheating are different things, you could get banned by just using a skin or assets to make a different game looks better and Destiny is plagued by actual cheaters which are not banned yet someone using a mod to increase visuals on a different game get banned because the anti cheat doesnt know what application was open in the background ...

it didnt grow at all, it was 25m of GP and 12m of Live gold (which are now GP Core) and are included, it would make it to 37m but now it seems it's down to 34m, so GP lost 3 million subscribers i would not call that a grow unless they are talking about revenue ...
I and few of my friends a couple months ago also paid 90$ for 3 years by converting it and using another region codes, i think it was from Turkey... some of my friends use the points they give for using their browser etc to get gamepass so they technically do not spend a dime

ah they said on discord they leave every month but once you buy the warbond you can unlock its stuff with medals anytime, this people say one thing somewhere and another elsewhere, on playstation blog they even wrote that you could buy entire warbond with SC which is not the cade because you buy warbond with SC and then unlock stuff within it with medals… maybe they changed it because the backslash we where seeing but who knows…

they probably know case is death but want some proof to sue them for a few millions regarding other stuff, the ftc loves to sue everyone, be sure that as soon as all this end they will just go sue MS and end in a settlement.
they have roadmaps, thing is those roadmap are not working so they switch strategy, the only thing that really works for selling consoles is exclusives, but they stoped doing it because MS clearly know they would an advantage if there were no exclusives, so theyare desperately trying for sony and nintendo to stop doing exclusives which is not happening anytime soon…
its not genius, as long as playstation dont have games on pc on day one, people will keep buying there console; they are not stupid, sole reason why Nintendo, and Sony always sell so well, you know, also reason why xbox 360 did great, they had exclusives that you could not play elsewhere so you needed to buy the hardware… exclusives drive sales even if timed for a couple of years; its as simple as that… MS might not care about hardware sales but sony and nintendo do care about it.

there is no legal issue unless they make an exact replica or use the same code ... Pokemon has not sued them because they hold no ground just like they didn't sue nexomon developers, there is no patent or copyright infringement whatsoever to be sued.
