You'll probably have to wait 15-30 minutes to play each match like in warhawk. I guess you get what you pay for since PSN is free. This game looks cool but there's not much that can make a 360 owner feel deprived because of halo3, that multiplayer is going to kick @ss.
Gerard, sony put their Blu-ray in the PS3 to use their fanbase as a tool to get the format into people's houses, no other reason. Compression techniques still work, hell, even using two damn disks still works because it's better than having to cough up an extra 200 bones just to have the game on one disk with gigs to spare. Well said Martini. It's not like we're dumb@ss fanboys, we just go where the quality games are. It's 360 right now, and it looks like it will be 360 in the future. As long as I have a 360 I can't justify shelling out the cash for a PS3 with meh games.
I'm done waiting for PS3 to back up its trash talking. I've been a neutral gamer this whole time and have been saving up for a PS3. After the sh!ttiness of Lair and HS and all the hype behind them being AAA titles, I'm done. Do you call those games a quantum leap in gaming quality? That's what Sony promised in the beginning to get me all excited and it's BS! I'm sticking with the 360 where the kickass games are right NOW and will be in the future as well.
Gears was deffinitely not overrated, as of right now it's the best 360 game to date. However, I agree with you about RB6 vegas. Such a great game deserved more copies sold, but it also had the unresolved ending that made so many people hate halo2.
I know that I'm alone in my principles here, but I like halo2 much better than halo1. Halo2 is what pulled me into the series, not to mention the legendary multi-player, while halo1 failed to do all that for me. After I finished halo2 for the first time I had to go back and finish halo1 cause I had never finished it. I just went through both campaigns again this week just for hype's sake and I still liked halo2 better, even though halo1 had the superbly epic ending with the warthog escape. so...
Looks good to me. Now if only they would get rid of those damn motorcycles, then I could take this game as a serious racer. Back to Forza 2.

yeah, we americans are usually pretty self centered. Either that or we all know that Bioshock is an awesome game that deserves success, so hearing that it's number one somewhere is no surprize at all.
Bioshock is an awesome game, I feel no need to defend it, it stands its own ground, Not overrated. I want a wii and I'm glad metroid is doing so well. If it's a good game it deserves success. F{}ck the fanboys!

I really liked this demo. I liked the graphics, gameplay (addicting time powers), the ambience, the menacing music, all of it. I guess some titles that are not AAA apeal to some gamers as though they are AAA. This game seems to be a game that really sucks me in and I might be the only one.
I just finished the Halo 2 campaign again last night for nostalgia's sake and for my own hype. It was a good story and had compelling gameplay, I don't see why anyone dogged on it. Can't wait for halo 3.
I agree with Radzy's comment. The 360 owners aren't very sad about anything right now because of Halo 3. At this point, nothing can make them feel deprived. Developers saying that their PS3 titles can't be done on any other platform because of Blue-ray or Cell, or whatever reason, has been said over and over again. Frankly, why should we believe it anymore? Have they forgotten that compression techniques exist? Mass Effect is on one disc, how small do you really think that game is?
FFVII was the only Final Fantasy game I ever played. I would deffinitely buy a PS3 in order to play it, it was that good. I never did beat the last guy though...
