It's not a new gen nor current gen, MS made Scorpio more like a pc now meaning they can release scorpio 2 tomorrow if they want without any problem unlike the concept of generations, it's like an option to play current games, better spec thus better performance but as an option until it's outdated. That's why there are no exclusives any more, all ms games are in pc from now on.
It's fun, require focusing, game mechanics absolutely give disadvantage to spamming hits. The more you play the more you learn, the more skilful the enemy the more exciting the fight. That's addictive. 1vs2 is possible which is a great foundation.

The purpose of a beta is to fix these things. So for me i don't judge a game by it.
However, Most online games struggle even after release. I am not giving an excuse to developers to release broken online games but just letting you know that it happen a lot and don't be surprised when it happen. If you buy an online game just be prepared for that for few months.
True in that sense but what you ignore is that scorpio don't adopt 'new gen' concept any more. So far developers are still using that concept. So technically Sony is controlling when new gen start and i am sure that they will start when developers need it. Developers are not following pc nor nintindo methods (Yet).
