There's always been a 4-5 years gap between Metal Gear games. The only time it was shorter was between MGS4 and Peace Walker. PW released in 2010 and MGSV in 2015. An unfinished game should never be released. No matter how insistent the publisher gets. At least now he has more freedom.
The story is excellent though. It's told differently and less through cutscenes but it's definitely good.

I've been away from gaming news for the past weeks so unless he said something in the past 2-3 weeks, he actually didn't confirm whether or not the trailer was an actual cutscene from the game. He did confirm the area in the trailer was in the game though.

It was okay. It has a couple of really good games. Not a lot but at least there's quality. Definitely better than the Wii. But considering the shit they've been pulling, I say they deserve their current state.

Most (if not all) 3rd party game engines of today are made in a way that makes it easy to port games to other platforms. It's usually harder to get a license for that platform than actually porting your game to it. Developing for both the One and Scorpio won't be any harder than developing for PCs with different hardware.
In 5-7 years you would likely still be ahead with 16gb. 32gb is mostly only useful if you're doing a lot of 3D modeling. It also doesn't give you better graphics.
