Guess it doesn't really matter to them since their parents pay for their bills and all. I can remember when I was young and thought I was like god. When you grow up and get hit by the realities of work, redundancy, mortgage, insurance and tax, life gets a whole new meaning. They will eventually understand... hopefully. LOL
love it. The artwork alone breathes new life into an already remarkable game. On top of that the chariot system is awesome for those that did not or could not take the unforgiving nature of the original version. Hopefully this attracts many new gamers who never even played the original to try it out and respect the vision the developers had back then and the scope they were trying to achieve. The story in itself still stands above and beyond of most games these days. It's a shame that man...
So much hate for this title. I dunno... after work its great to just come home and mindlessly kill a 1000 people for stress relief rather than get even more angry at some young kid T bagging me. Sure it isn't AAA grade material, but its definitely not as bad as a 4/10. The bias is intoxicating. I'll give it a 6 - 7. But in the name of mindless fun, I give it thumbs up!

Good simple brief summation on how companies think in relation to their overall budgets. I think Nintendo and Blizzard are the only two companies that utilise their budget and marketing to apply to quality games in terms of overall consistency. There are many others like Polyphony, Bungie that come to mind, but they only generally work on one game in general which is why I can't really include them although they are awesome companies as well.

Yeah I agree, he loves to speak his mind a lot and go back on it many times.
I have been disappointed by him a numerous amount of times, however he is definitely not the worst, he doesn't trash talk other companies, and overall he is a nice guy. Just a bit too idealistic sometime which is his major flaw. But at least he does have a passion for his games, and the ability to acknowledge other developers achievements besides his own.

Thought it would be gran turismo if we are talking about the playstation brand in general(PS1 PS2), even though Gran Turismo has not really made an impact on the ps3 yet(but im sure it will), it was pretty damn huge on the other two consoles. The word "huge" being an understatement.

FF10... I hated tidus... he was really annoying and over the top. But isn't part of the multiplat process now used for ps3 to distribute the work load of the ps3 among the graphics card and the cell spu's rather than just the graphic card itself? Because I remember in the old days, the developers were having problems because all they tried doing was porting the 360 code over in turn just relying on the RSX. I could be wrong here. Please correct me if I am.
Tesselation won't give the xbox an edge, graphics can only do so much. Whether Microsoft gets an edge or not will be in the developers and their games. Xbox already had their chance with graphical superiority back in the first two years of the ps3 when it was totally getting dominated by xbox titles time and time again bar a few select ps3 titles. However the whole thing changed the moment developers realised to not just rely on the ps3 RSX graphics card.

If the console is going to break, generally it breaks at the worse times, and most of the times it happens during mid gaming sessions meaning your disc is in the console anyway. Whether you take it out or not is just for ones personal taste or satisfaction.
