Whats funny is now that the reviews are out they will say "oops quote was wrong it was us who did 20% of the game".
Except
ign gave it 4.5 (pc = 5.0)
gametrailers 5.9
destructoid 2.5
DigitalChumps 4.6
Gamespy 2/5
Lazygamer 4.9/10
Kotaku: "Should you play this game? NO"
Polygon 3/10
And I could go on...
Basically it looks like it is a bad game no varying opinions
The full game has a number of locations and has a story mode, and the price is low, sounds good to me.
Yeah low res textures, but the game will be amazing in motion.
Yeah to be honest I really loved the 2010 AVP marine campaign.
I've been reading some impressions from neogaf, and it's not looking to good to be honest.
Apparently you fight a lot of normal soldiers,
aliens just attack you head on with no impact from bullets,
I believe from people playing on normal the blood does no damage,
graphics are not up to scratch
etc...
From what i can tell it looks like a bargain buy game or if you are a huge alien fan who just has to get a fix from that world.
6 years later.
Why does it have to look the best on console(if its amazing on PC) for it to be the best looking game?
This is what they have said from day 1 :
"The structure is not open world. Not in the GTA, Skyrim, Assassin's Creed sense," Gallagher told NowGamer. "We do have hubs. We've not actually shown any hubs - you've seen a pocket of exploration. That is not a hub we've shown yet."
Lara Croft will be able to revisit areas for further rewards later on too.
"At some point we'll actually show the hubs, which are larg...
except steam/origin has offline mode.
Should clarify, I believe adaptive vsync is enabled for all my games in nvidia control panel, but no vsync is enabled in game. And D3DOverrider also works apparently.
If you have a good GPU and good monitor that can keep a steady frame-rate then you should have minimal to no tearing, from what I understand.
Only if you enable Vsync, and I havn't noticed any tearing since switching it off (i5, 560ti)
Witcher 2 sold more on PC than 360, same reason why witcher 3 is lead platform.
Dead space obviously sells well enough, even with piracy, enough to make a profit and justify putting each sequel on it.
Wii u is getting it.
As for install base, it could be that or there is a portable exclusive deal for a certain amount of time.
Edit: CBaoth beat me to it.
and now its been delayed to September, ugh.
"I mean the PC version is depending on what PC you have"
Although if you can run crysis 3 you will already have better graphics
eg: PC lowest settings

There is definately a difference.
Well apparently it does, it warps your mind and makes you become something else entirely, it's like you have no control over your own personality/s
Hes obviously just trolling, trying to make himself feel better.
They have stated that all future games from themselves will be on next gen consoles, so witcher 3 is definite. The question is will witcher 2 be ported now that PS4 is looking like it has a more PC layout.
