Interesting to see THQ is taking part in this. Probably quite a good move by them though.
Obsidian are terrible. All they do is get the rights to other franchises then ruin them. Getting sick of people buying and supporting their shitty games. Dungeon Siege is just another franchise they have ruined for me :(
I've been discovering tons of creative Indie games on steam which just make you wonder where all the creativity has gone in retail games >_>
Why play Dungeon Siege 3 with Torchlight 2 soon enough then Diablo 3? Those are true loot RPG's. Also Obsidian ruined another franchise for me >_>
I don't see how another game being part of a franchise instantly makes it 'samey'. Journey is absolutely nothing like the other games either..... I'm not trying to say that it will be good cause I'd rather have Fable 4 any day but it certainly is different.
I can understand them trying to push Origin, but keeping The Old Republic exclusive to it? that seems like a big risk for an MMO they have invested so much money in. Most PC gamers couldn't give a crap about Origin and it would get far more success if it was on Steam.
Funny I didn't actually realize they had changed voice actor, but after paying attention I can tell it is different. Bummer really :/ he did a fantastic job in ME2. Why wouldn't they recast him???
Last time I checked we weren't getting tons of games like Journey....
Edit: lol wut fanboys? I'm being serious here. Give me examples instead of the disagree button then sheesh.
Man can't people ever stop being lame and ever 'actually' read what he says and think about it. It's always 'hur I don't like Fable' or 'stop spouting crap' when hes just talking about things in general bloody hell people.
Also I definitely agree with him, though it is pretty clear as it is. Innovation is lacking a lot outside the indie scene. Sure there is still some, but most big releases are pretty unoriginal. I know people may hate Fabl...
You clearly have not played it.
Bethesda showing how DLC should be done.
exactly this. My usual servers are still full of old players.
I got a good sale on this recently and I have been really quite enjoying it :).
May have to pick up Bastion and From Dust in the future. Ms Splosion Man is a priority for me.
The special edition of Forza 3 came in one sexy case, 4 is looking the same :)
My friend has been hoping for Unkarted for ages now :P He loved the hell outta CTR.
I've been playing it pretty much daily for a long time now. There has been a strong community for ages now and the servers I play on still seem to be the oldies :P Guess it is good for more people to start playing though, I just hate people who have no idea what the heck they are doing in a team fps which happened even before the F2P jump.
I think Brink is a very good game when it comes to the gameplay. It's just the matchmaking that has major issues on consoles. If this update fixes that I will be playing it a lot more that's for sure.
Finally Bioware you say the right thing instead of just 'making it more accessible'. I have always been a massive RPG fan, of the hardcore RPG's but also the less hardcore ones. One thing that has particularly been annoying me is those who claim games like ME2 or DA2 are 'not' RPG's because they have been simplified in some areas.
The fact is there is several aspects that can make a game an RPG, not all of them have every single one of them and not ev...
