Plain a simple COD4 was amazing and just about everyone can agree with that and although I am very hopeful for the next in this series, I just don't have a lot of confidence in the team they have working on COD5 I mean COD3 came out for the wii and lets be honest it was worse than playing watch the paint dry. I have a big feeling I am going to have to wait for Modern Warfare 2

Agreed I have longed for a nextgen twistedmetal for years now and ive always believed the reason the series has been held back in recent years is because it needed a nextgen boost. The series kinda hit a wall and had nowhere to go they tried going more mature (which was cool in its own right) and head on is a nice little blast from the past with its retro TM feel but really we just need a new twisted metal with awesome graphics and mind blowing physics. I honestly can't wait

Competition is very much needed in order for the game biz to have the initiative to put out top dollar blood sweat and tears effort into their games which is exactly why a unified console would kill videogames complete, thats kinda what happened in the 80's when games almost died

1.It wouldn't be near as long. (unless they went with 4,5 discs)
2.It would have far worse graphics
3.The AI would be pitiful in comparison
4.Due to the many many movments snake can now make the controls would have to be retro controller only which ruins the whole point of the WII

You can make a pc a little more poweful than a video game system but expect to be spending over 1k so really (at least I believe) it's not worth it
like 15 different ways with blu-ray,ps3,tv's,cellphone's,c omputers and so on and so on.
and honestly nearly 100% of there time and money has gone into bluray support and now that they will be racking in the cash from this win Sony will be able to put more time/money into all of the other departments I think growth and improvments is all we will be seeing from sony for the next few years
