But no actually it is not illegal. MS can legally stop them from using the service but once they've bought an Xbox it becomes their property, to do with as they see fit. Just like software, nothing can stop you from hacking the software you bought, you can modify it in any way for any reason but you cannot redistribute it for any reason (unless of course it's in an opensource format and your following the rules of the open source agreement) however once you do the company can refuse you warra...
It isn't. Rumble sucked which is why theres like a few 300 page b!tchfest threads debating it pretty evenly over on the PlayStation Forums. Some people want it back. and others really couldn't care that it was ever there.
Pesonaly I'll stick to my original thoughts on rumble. "Fack dis s4!t, wheres the off option. AH, better."
Does first come before 1?
At least they spawned a girl that wasn't deficient of brain cells....
totally not photoshoped with HALF A DUDE STANDING IN THE BACKGROUND.
Great eye for detail though.
So uh, what does a DL game need to be in order to garner a 10 from you? ROFLMFAOAU
just to point out the obvious but it links to a KIA ad.
F***ing Gamers Day.
Eat S4!t SONY!!! How the hell am I supposed to afford that many sweet ass games?!?! ARGH!!!
Am I the only one who fell out of their chair watching the PAIN demo so far?
I was just eying it up and started laughing.
But the thing is neither really has a reliable system to see how many have sold. If any store cant be reached or refuses to state sales they're lost.
hahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Who says police use excessive force. Maybe they should have called the homeowner first lol.
That's why Dell and other comp distributors started offering it again.
The only way they could get people to accept Vista was to discontinue XP support. The only thing Vista had that customers gave a rats ass about was DX10, something that could have easily been released on XP and wasn't in order to force the switch.
Maybe in a year or so when they've actually done something about the 8 million bugs reported on the system, and actually allow things to work on it. But de...
Do you really believe that?
It's funny how the most under rated company for two console Generations has won twice in a row is it not?
Sony always seems to start in the dumps and expand quicker than it's rivals. Not trying to flame but really Sony basically invented reverse compatibility, and is the only company really supporting the idea to date. On top of that Sony has also pushed a new format for every system to date. Not to mention that every generation to da...
oh my stomach hurts.......... genius, pure genius
I really had high hopes for it too, but was left feeling a little bored with it.
That's huge.
No offense but this article is a big "DUH" statement I've ever seen.
Sony has been making money for years on PS2 and it is the first year with their new console. They always lose money on it their first year (2 for PS2). However unlike their competitors they've made huge PROFIT for the last 4 years.
They were talking about what kinds of obstacles one is capable of building. It sounds like as you play the game your granted more intricate ways of modifying things. Well, that's how it sounded to me anyway.
Then that's a hella cool update.
You do know the difference between bypassing a format encryption and hacking a system right? Guess not.
As for the OS's.... that was an included feature of PS3 from launch day, there was no hack, just a simple Install. The instructions are right in the user manual. Any new version of the Linux core was capable of running on the system, YD and more recently Ubuntu were being pushed due to the smaller form of the core they were running (they use fewer resources and thus preform m...
