I read this and thought you were being a dick by fat shaming them for a second lmao
I mean I say that I'm not a Souls player if you read the article but I eventually got the hang of it and am enjoying myself.
had him change that, thanks for the heads up
I agree, though I think I could also work perfectly to eventually bring Cassie into the fold under Chloe and Charlie’s tutelage
That's a good point I didn't really think of but it lends to the narrative a lot more than P5 for sure. I also enjoy how much more streamlined the game is and how it doesn't have a 13 hour tutorial.
I'm sorry but based on what you're pros and cons said I'm confused with how this is a (rounded up) 8/10
Good:
Beautiful open world setting
Interesting mysteries to solve
Smartly written
Bad:
Mechanics can be convoluted
Poor combat
Pacing is sometimes slow
Character animations are pretty basic
Inconsistent voice acting
yepp
It was described as Dishonored with guns and superpowers, so you aren’t too far off
I know everyone I’ve talked to was absolutely blown away by Code Vein. No one was expected it to be as good as it was
I'd agree, but it isn't like 2019 hasn't had bangers too: Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Death Stranding (even though I didn't like it), Resident Evil 2 remake, Outer Wilds, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Disco Elysium. I still prefer 2018, just to be clear, but idk if I'd say by faaaar.
Phoenix is pretty good. It has some flaws, but could be the start of a dope ass new series. I hope Tactics inspires other people to delve into the genre too
More XCOM-like anything is always a good thing in my book. Hopefully the customization is as varied with Tactics as it is in that series.
As much as I love Obsidian, Fallout New Vegas definitely had insane bugs. It took like 4 minutes to open a door when I played it before.
Especially since it is an Obsidian Fallout in space.
Metroid, A Link to the Past, so many good fucking games
You mean The New Order?
Timesplitters as a series is highly underrated imo. I'm hoping for a remaster/reboot at some point
There is one from Phantom Blood
I get where you're coming from but that isn't the point I try to make. My point is that this support opens up a lot of potential for possible advantages for Microsoft. The title is definetly a bit leaning, but the gist is that its an important piece of the puzzle for the next generation of Xbox to be able to compete with Nintendo and Sony.
I actually did get a bit of motion sickness when I started but was actually able to adjust the settings a bit with motion blue and sensitivity and never got it again after the fact.
