Why does it say Madden 17 is $30 on PS4 in the article, but it's $60 on amazon? Is it first come, first serve?

I just got my PS4 Pro (first console i've bought since the Wii), and I paired it with my new 65" Samsung ks9000. Uncharted 4 looks absolutely amazing, especially with HDR. My only problem is the Pro-capable games list is kinda short right now, but since I'm primarily a PC gamer anyways, I can take my time with Uncharted and wait for more games I want to play that take advantage of the hardware.

I'm going to be getting the LG 55" OLED HDR TV in a couple months, and I wanted an UHD blu-ray player to go with it. I really don't game on consoles anymore, but I'd heard that the new ones were going to be capable of 4k playback, so I figured I might as well get a good value by getting a console that can play UHD. I figured I'd get the new PS4 iteration since Sony has been the go-to gaming console for years now, but lo and behold, it doesn't actually play UHD blu-ra...

"PALADINS was IN CLOSED BETA TESTING WAY BEFORE IT HIT STEAM AND EARLY ASSCES"

First of all, just saying something doesn't make it true. Do you have a source? Second of all, you act like Overwatch appeared out of thin air in 2014 (which, again, was long before Paladins was even announced).

"Overwatch started development in Summer 2013, as development on Titan was winding down."

So yeah, it goes back even further....

"Overwatch was unveiled at BlizzCon 2014 in a fully playable state, and was in a closed beta from late 2015 through early 2016."

i'd buy Halo: MCC on PC day 1, and it would be one less reason for me to own an Xbox One.

plonker lol. as an American, i had to look that one up.

great graphics are nice, but all i'm asking for is a new engine. not the same tweaked engine they've been using for the past decade.

Borderlands 2 for me. i technically didn't buy it as a season pass, i bought a combo off amazon that had the first two games and all the DLC. and it was super cheap, $22 for both games, all the DLC for the first game, and the original season pass DLC for the second game.

just checked my Steam library, and i have 488 hours played across both games. for $22, that is legendary value.

i've played the game for about a year now, and I've probably spent around $150 in total on it, most of the money going towards packs and the PvE Adventure content.

i think the model is somewhere between free to play and pay to win. I went for many months without spending money on Hearthstone, so i know what it's like to have to build up your decks through packs from quest reward gold or arena runs. it sucks, and it feels restrictive. i would constantly think, &quo...

"It still amazes me that SSM were able to make this game look so awesome on last gen PS3."

art design goes a long way in covering up technical limitations. and i mean that as extremely high praise for the SSM team, not as a diss to the PS3.

i haven't had any crashes, but i get random stuttering at times, and when i turn my character quickly, the game stutters and gets choppy for half a second. i have SLI 970s and a G-Sync monitor, so i'm really surprised that that happens. especially when i get 80-100fps most of the time, and that's with almost everything on high or max.

other than that, though, the visuals are amazing and the game is super fun.

I PM'd you about building a PC.

i use them, and they're great.

why the F would you want to build a PC with similar performance to a PS4 or XB1? one of the major selling points of PC gaming is being able to blow past the limits of console hardware.

if your budget for PC gaming is $400, then you might as well save your money until you can afford a better PC, or just buy a console.

anybody know the cheapest place to pre-order GTAV for PC right now? i know i missed some awesome earlier deals, wish i would have taken advantage of them.

i nominate the dogs from Ninja Gaiden II. they wield swords, throw explosive shuriken, dive at you out of nowhere, and swarm you like an angry hornet's nest.

this guy makes it look easy since he's experienced at the game, but they're a nightmare for people who aren't that good at the game.

can someone please explain how consoles are so much more convenient than PCs when it comes to gaming? i just don't see it. i've gamed on PCs for years, and i've gamed on countless consoles since the NES.

i don't see how either one is more convenient than the other overall. some people act like you have to open your PC and solder a circuit board every time you play a game.

when i want to play a console game, i insert the disc (or download it) ...
