You could class almost everything people purchase for their home that’s not essential as useless tat. Some collector’s editions are awesome, others can be very overpriced.
It’s been the norm with pc gaming for years and nobody seems to mind. Most people i know purchase digitally on consoles too. I’m not saying it’s a good thing as you are unable to sell or lend out games but the transition is inevitable imo.

Having a demo is the worst move they could have possibly done, even if generous. After playing i can’t see it selling well at all, it’s complete trash and looks like a ps4 title.
