LMAO, packaged games? , sounds like some kind of new code word for PHYSICAL DISC, meaning it doesnt play them, but only streams games, digital downloads or DRM....if that is the case theyve just started WW3, should be interesting regarding how game consumers respond to this if its true. I for 1 will never by a game console that doesnt have a physical disc. So count me out of a PS4 IF thats what he means.
Why am I not surprised? SEGA never seemed right to me as the Publisher 1st off, pushing this game out so far into 2013 was a HUGE error in judgement, striking while the iron was hot, taking advantage of hype that was built up last year with trailers etc meant it should have been released no later than Fall/Christmas 2012.

im not one bit surprised at the reviews, stupid publisher move by sega not to release this game last year in 2012 when the hype was at its max. from what i saw in the gameplay videos last year, looked very repetitve & redundant, just like the article said. The graphics are last year, there was no way the gameplay & graphics could carry this game as a stowaway into 2013.

There not really asking, but getting a feel for how much work they & others still need to do to convince the masses to buy into "Digital Distrubution" imo.
This game is right up my alley, Definately going to get it as soon as it comes out, can't believe im saying this about a Capcom game lol. The combat kinda reminds me of the Bloodranye games i loved so much on the original Xbox. I Love the combat, story seems really interesting, atmosphere is cool, im diggin this game.

If its not on disc & I cant play a used game in my console, im not gonna buy "said " console or game, its simple.
