Explain Uncharted & Gran Turismo 5
Sony will cheer you up with a shiny new PS3 next year. You cant miss out on it's upcoming games.
Its not a cult thing buddy. People like Sony because they make premium quality products, just look at their TV's, cell phones, consoles etc... We all know that Sony has a superior HD format, you cannot denying this. I'm sure if Toshiba developed Bluray and Sony developed HD-DVD everyone would still choose Blueray, its just a better format period.
This is why you don't see many people backing products from cheap manufacters like JVC, Hyundai, Sanyo and so on.
Wow this is pretty sad. I mean Sony didn't force them to buy HD-DVD players, so why all the hate? If they hate, they should have hate on themselves for giving in on that $99 HD-DVD player ordeal.

Yeah PS3 owners are rich, no kid games on PS3 for me. Leave that to the kiddie Wii owners with their analog TV's.
Looks the same to me. I don't think any normal person can tell the difference while playing the actual game so who cares. At least both console owners can enjoy the same game. That's what matters.
MGS is a story driven game so I suggest you play MGS1 and MGS2 since MGS4 is bases off that version. It's $9.99 at circuit city for MSG2 and MSG3. Either way once you play MGS4 I'm sure you'll end up playing the old versions to clean out the confusion.
I am also replaying MGS series. I never played MGS1 so I am looking to buy them on ebay, I already made a bid =) Replayed MGS2 and MGS3 last month so I'm almost ready for MSG4. Even with those old graphics my PS3 made them look a whole lot better, it was a bliss to play again. Looking forward to how a PS1 game will look on my PS3, hopefully not too bad.
When FFXI first released for the PC I scooped it up and play it with a PS2 controller hooked up to my PC. I was one of the best Paladins in the game, at least everyone thought I was because I kept getting great comments. Funny thing is I stopped using the keyboard and mouse because playing that game 6+ hours straight on a keyboard is straining. I had the extension cable for the PS2 controller so I'd be able to play on my bed relaxed, and yes I had full control over my character (besides typin...
MMO on a console would be great. No more playing on a computer desk with an upright chair. Who wouldn't want to play an MMO in bed is beyond me.

If you actually played Uncharted and not just look at the screenshots on the internet you'd know GoW graphics pale in comparison. Reviewers also mention Uncharted has the best graphics on any console so far. But then again, GoW is 1 years old and yes the graphics were the best last year.
I have a PS3 and if GoW3 comes out for it, I'll buy it first day. If it doesn't then oh well. No doubt GoW is a great game.
The update plays my movies fine but my Naruto/Bleach plays the first 5 seconds then freezes. Got happy for nothing.
What are you talking about? If you read the comments, most PS3 owners stated that they do not want the game and/or not even interested. If anything they are messing with your emotions.

PS3 is only 1 years old and is already surpassing XBOX360 in terms of graphics. XBOX 360 may have a slightly better GPU but PS3's CELL processor surpasses 360's by a huge scale.
