The Family Plan is only about $15.00 more and lets you add up to 8 family member accounts to also enjoy the online service and games too, I wish Sony would do this with Plus where the PS4 my Son plays on could have his account as Primary but under my Family Plan, so when he turns on the console it doesn't need my account to come up first. With the Switch he can have his come as the last one logged in.
The only reason I didn't buy the PSVR was to get the best experience I needed to buy another PS4 for the pro version, plus $300 for the PSVR. I have a PS4 and just could'nt justify spending $600-$700 to play the same games on my 1080P with a few VR games mixed in. When the PS5 comes up and if it still supports VR, then it'll be different. By then maybe PSVR 2.0 will be out.
My Son's friend across the street plays all he wants, then when he runs their batteries out he comes to our house. But we limit our son to 60 min. of screen time a day, 30 on weekdays and his friend is beside himself what to do and can't entertain himself. That's one thing I am glad my Son can do is sit and play toys like a normal kid. I usually play after he's in bed to encourage him to do other things. but his friend brags that he'll wake up hours before his parents,...
Glad I picked up a Switch a couple weeks ago when my Target near me finally had some in stock. This bundle is going to be hard to find and will sell for more online,
Wow I need to log out and back in to fix this status issue? Oh man that is so devastating. Things could be a lot worse.
We won't really know for sure, MSFT doesn't release sales #'s and calling it an Xbox One still will bundle it under one Xbox One shipped xxxx units. Which will be, Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X.
@Naruga True, it's hard to play cross play when we are playing new exclusives not the games we beat 5 years ago. Other consoles don't even have the same games.
When I can play these games on my PC, why would I need an Xbox? They are not really exclusive when you can play it on PC. Cuphead is the only one in that list that I'm really interested in too.
After going for trophies, I like the idea of not having them, just play the game to enjoy it, like I did most my years gaming since pong. Sure I have a lot of platinum trophies, but I also wasted countless hours on tedious junk I could skip, but before I uninstall a game I might as well grab the last couple trophies.
I still have my Sega CD copy, and I'm sure my old notes to get 100% trap is around somewhere. I remember playing this and my Brother writing down the time and camera when to trap each. I'd like to see a remaster of Sewer Shark too.
MS actually reminds me of Sega back in the day. They came out with the Sega Saturn, but not long after it was out and many of us bought into it, they canceled games and support for the saturn over the Dreamcast. While the Dreamcast today is still considered by many a great console. it ticked off gamers who shell out hundreds to buy the consoles and games. Dreamcast died and so did Sega in the console business. Sony continued to support the PS2 well into the PS3 that won over gamers and t...
It's nothing new, Activision has done this for years, and as long as gamers keep paying up, there is no reason to stop. It's like the old saying "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."
If you agree to keep giving them money, stop complaining.
How old are you? You should realize some of us have played Zelda since the very first one and that to us Zelda games will always be one of our favorite RPG series no matter the console we play on. My 6 Year old is currently playing on my SNES and experiencing my old Zelda games. I plan to buy a switch to play this game more over an Xbox because I love Zelda. Now if Nintendo could bring on a new Metroid game, I will be even happier.
One problem I have today with digital is that it's the same price if not more than physical. I see games for $59.99 digital but when I pre-order through Amazon I get it at $48 with the discount. Digital seems to take a long time to drop in price and some Devs just don't, I have bought old copies in bargain bins of games for $9.00 for my Son and the game is $29.99 on the online store. If MS plays their cards right this could be good for gamers.
I pity those who dumped another $400.00 to play the same game on 1080P just for a slight visual upgrade when they had a PS4 that was just fine.
Not sure I can bring myself to trade in my PS4 with the PT Demo, just can't replace that. Will have to pay full price for the Pro.
The issue isn't so much at launch, it's 12 months later. I am really hoping VR is integrated into more games. But like Move, Dual Axis in controllers, 3D, PS camera, most support really fizzles out after a few months because developers don't integrate it.
Again i really want VR to be big and last. But only time will tell how well it's supported. Name me the last PS4 game geared specifically to 3D or with Move support after 2014.
I pre-Ordered Sonic too on Amazon, the figure with the startup sound would be a great addition to my game room. I prefer physical discs though and bummed on that but since the Amazon discount makes it more reasonable for having digital only. I always thought the Tron Evolution Collections edition when it first came out was a rip off for what you got.
I have yet to buy an Xbox and if games will be playable on PC, I have to question is it worth waiting now for Scorpio, or just play the games I want on my PC. I was talking to a friend Yesterday on this because I pay for Ps Plus, do i buy another console, pay $50 a year or so for their online when most gaming will be on PS4. I'd almost rather buy an NX because I already have a PS4 and PC and I have a 5 year old Son and with NX I'd get games that are not playable anywhere else and he...
@Chaos_order SSX Tricky is the best Snowboarding game, I was so addicted to that game and hoping for a remaster.
