Devs are usually pretty casual about enabling Twitch integration in-game. Either you get one notice in the main menu or it's tucked away in the Options menu.

I imagine even DSL upload will be enough since you're just really sending controller inputs back to the server. The data caps will be the real deciding factor.

If I were setting up a tournament station and want access to all of the costumes, I would prefer a one-and-done option to buy all of the unlockables at once.

I've only tried the competitive multiplayer so far and walked away unimpressed, but hopefully the L4D style co-op stuff holds up. It looks like a ton of fun if you just want to blow away hundreds of Zed's.
They really need to get some bigger tournaments rolling if they want to get eyes back on the game.
That, and some new game mode or experimental map.
