Youch. The Wii U doesn't seem to be attracting the support of 3rd party devs...
How come RTS games haven't made it to the Vita? The combination of touch & physical controls would be great & they'd suit play on the go.
Company of Heros 2 Vita. I'd cream my pants!
If it was Gabe Newell or Ken Levine commenting on the PS4, then I'd take it seriously. But McGee is a failed console dev with a sub-standard portfolio & little relevance in the industry.
@Knight_Crawler: Trolling PS4 articles as per usual, huh? I wouldn't get my hopes up too much for the 720 hardware; if the more credible Durango leaks are to be believed, it is less powerful than Sony's console. So you're pretty much shooting yourself in the foot!
Really? I never knew...
How amazing was Bioshock 1?
Jaden Smith is a very mediocore actor and his off-screen persona is even more irritating.
The only reason that Jayden got these roles in the first place was down to his second name. If he wasn't a Smith, he'd be a nobody. At least his parents earned their success.
But to own a PS3 and not realise, you'd have to be pretty soft in the head. What the hell did he think the online multiplayer option in the menu of practically every game, was for?
I'm split whether to use my precious Bioshock Infinite gaming time to watch Kojima's conference live!
Nintendo have a reputation for screwing over 3rd parties at the last minute and in the past it's come back to bite them in the ass.
They did it to Sony back in the early 90's when they backed out of a deal at the 11th hour to create a console with CD support (after Sony invested millions in it).
What did Sony go and do? They flipped the bird to Ninty & turned it into the Playstation!
Video game storytelling generally isn't that solid (with a few oft quoted exceptions), graphics tend to distract us from crummy writing. Which is a good thing, because developers can't exactly afford David Fincher or Oliver Stone to pen a game's screenplay.
One of these storytelling exceptions being Bioshock. Would it have been anywhere as effectual if it had been released on the NES with 8-bit graphics & no audio diaries or voice acting? Me thinks not.
I never compared MGS3 to TB (I'll assume you mean TR). The MGS series is great but they're the epitome of 'action/movie-wannabe games' with all the melodrama, cut-scenes and whatnot.
Tomb Raider is a damn good game. Kinda ironic that you're slating 'action/movie-wannabe games' & yet your avatar is of Big Boss from MGS.
Played the demo & really tried to like it, but I'm not a big JRPG fan so I couldn't get into it...
Medievil may be a pretty obscure series to most gamers these days.
But that game was amazing...Bring back Dan, Sony!
You want a fire sale, this is a fire sale

'It's a mystery which movies will take home the big honors
this weekend at the 85th Academy Awards.'
Emm, I think I have a fair idea who will win. lol
I still think Sony were wrong to drop David O'Russell, just to please fanboys.
He's a top directer (despite his unconventional take on the Uncharted franchise), hell he even had Robert De Niro attached. But instead he went on to direct the Oscar winning Silver Lining Playbook. Oh well, another missed opportunity due to internet whinging...and now the film is stuck in-development hell.
@T9000:
It was Sony and their 1st party studios that hyped up 1080p gaming on the PS3 pre-launch.
This is a 3rd party engine software dev with no affiliation to the Playstation brand that is saying that the hardware may be capable of real-time ray tracing. Hence the sarcasm about N4G commenters knowing the hardware capabilities of an unreleased console above professional graphics developers with hands-on experience.
Jonah Lomu Rugby on the PS One was a classic and Rugby 06 on PS2 was pretty decent. Rugby Challenge (ps3/360) was alright but flawed.
If EA invested a bit of time & effort, then they could make a top-notch rugby game.
Add to that list Tomb Raider, DMC, Metro: Last Light & still no conformation whether MGS is coming to the Wii U...
With the exception of Ubisoft, there is very little 3rd party support.
