Host migration may be good for you Americans but for us Aussies its a deal breaker. Its means if 1 American joins the host immediately swaps to them, or at the beginning of the next game they steal host and everyone leaves because NO aussies want to play on red bar connection.

The thing about the 'PS3 Slim' is, its the lesser model.
Its the 360 arcade equivalent to the PS3, minus all the good stuff. It really is only the gaming system it self. If i bought a PS3 (might when i get some hands on time with GT5) i'd want the best version at the lowest price, which is what the 360 is doing.
