The lighting and reflections are more realistic on PC. PS4 still looks good though!
It's been far too long for a Parasite Eve 3 to happen! It's my guess they would reboot the series, possibly remaking the first game.
Then we would be able to have graphics comparable, or better then the CGI cut-scenes. I just hope the game stays turn based, but with the horror element and resident evil feel!

Capcom back then had to put more emphasis on story and atmosphere because of the limitations of the systems of that time.
That's why things were more story drive, atmospheric and scary, because things were more mysterious to keep the player interested!
The "scare" factor was the after-effects, or consequence of the atmosphere they created. Now that those limitations are gone, they see the easy way out to rely less on atmosphere and story, and ...
The problem with reviews is that they're based off the same review system used by movie critics! Movies and Videogames are not the same mediums, although they complement each other, they should not be reviewed as such!

I wish they would release customizing features like Forza, or the old NFS games. It be cool if you could race through Tokyo city, or Hong Kong instead of just mountainous environments, kind of like how Gran Turismo did it.

The biggest influence for me were both Final Fantasy VII and VII. Loved FFX, but XII I felt indifferent at first but it grew on me exponentially!!! Now I like it as much as FFX. Simply because of the world and gameplay system
XIII and all it's incarnations I hate the most, simply do to gameplay and no real experience system!
