i wanted to be honest with this article. it may have come off as trolling but that was honestly not the objective. thank you for all the comments, especially those that didnt resort to insulting. i would like constructive feedback if possible. please pm me and give me your opinion. you can call the article crap but please give realistic reasons why and if at all possible provide areas for improvement.
i wrote it, but not to be a troll. in psychology they call that projection, you're projecting your attributes on me.
i did it in response to an article on maximumpc called 12 ways consoles are hurting pc gaming. they were all unmerited accusations but it was lauded as genius because it was pc gamers trashing console gamers.
im waiting for the death threats to start pouring in.
PC gamers take all the time in the world to complain about consoles. when a console gamer complains about PC gamers, its the end of the world and theyre instantly called trolls.
pc gamers are the most prominent on the internet, i dont expect this to go anywhere meaningful.
im not sure if this is a japanese thing or not. i think the problem may be early announcements coupled with lengthy development cycles.
games are far more complicated these days. thank goodness we can patch instead of a fatal flaw ruining an entire game
awesome, simply awesome
im just stating the obvious too.
trolling again, huh?
im a rock bander and not a guitar hero. i hope they get to keep producing musician oriented games for aspiring musicians to enjoy.
i think the real problem is over saturation. back when it was just guitar hero, and it didn't have a yearly release, music games were in demand. now, theres singing games, instrument games, downloadable songs, yearly releases, etc, etc. why buy a new version if you can still get new songs for the version you already have?
great concept if done properly.
Better late than never, I suppose
This comment is retarded.
now thats a cliche!
god of war ghosts of sparta was pretty good.
and i thought i was the only one not to get call of duty ;)
definitely needs to hit the PSN
That drove me up the wall about San Andreas. Once you got the hand of it they were fun, but getting the hang of it was tough
