I think the NGP is just the ps3 on the go not PS4. whose now, technology this day are getting smaller and powerful all the time so by the time the PS4 announce it'll fits in our pocket.
That's because most gamers back in the days have grown up and moved on with their life. Now days are the new generation that grew up with FPS Call Of Duty and online play. that's why you see RPG in decline and FPS more popular. that is the way i see it.

I think what KZ doing is they try to separate themselves away from the the FPS out there. i mean most FPS doesn't even have a decent storyline or memorable characters. i bet the cut scenes in KZ3 is going to be epic and awe, so it doesn't matter. more cut scenes more epic to watch and play. a win for both.
