I see where you are coming from. But my point is the mode really needed? Is it something to say "at least we have this just in case everything else falls." if i wanted to shoot zombies i would play Dead Rising 2. I want a military FPS game, that will get more intense. I want a propelling story that will have me wanting me. Just my opinion. Thank your comment though. It's all opinion, which is why it is under "opinions" hate or love it, we all have one
read the article...
i am quite happy for it...when that train trailer premiered at the VGAs in 2008, i called it goty since then...i said forget AC2, L4D2, ODSt, B:AA, Drake is gonna kill em all..and what do you know...all those damn awards, and still being nominated...thank you sony for this amazing offer $50 for the full game, full online, and $35 worth of content (some exclusive) for $50?? that's a real win

we share the same minds

i liked that live 03 better as it introduced total freestyle control with jason kidd (even came with the soundtrack)....but if they just revamped the controls (add turbo) and fix up the glitches

just happy that we get to keep nba jam in hd...it's a win-win for us gamers....it shows that ea really listens instead of releasing a game with patches
For starters, on defense, i pull the stick down and his hands go up, like i said earlier..NBA live 2003 is the best way to control a basketball game. plus there is no dribble control..plus that demo didnt do much, like you said. but 2k11 looks WAAAAAAY better than elite 11
the new control scheme, but like i said, if it ain't broke don't fix it..there was nothing wrong with the old style...remeber live 2003? it had the perfect controls. but one thing that i really hate is there is no elite button
I had the title first. But you are right, it is kind of an impression, a bad one. But after the 2k11 demo, I said no. There is no dribble control. But Elite just took the crown on how not to make a basketball game. No turbo button is my biggest complaint.
Did ANYONE read the actual impressions? But as with those saying it's like a mix between Uncharted/God Of war...I said the exact same thing. For the guy who said he is in it for the story, that's all you can get. There is no online, and it will be a $60. But after the demo, I am sold. Sure the controls are a bit stiff, but NT stepped away for a while, so what do I expect. I am surprised no one mentioned that Trip looks like the girl from Heavenly Sword. Also the thing that gets me is ...
don't ask why...i know it is the same, but they get me everytime, but this is true. i stopped playing madden 10 in october once uncharted 2 came out :)
The developers are taking this new tech for advantage. Its just like the Batman movies. The take it for advantage and cash in big on them. I live the 3D tech, but along with no tech, give me new software. Uncharted and Gears are great examples of the new software on the tech
For those who are saying if it was exclusive or not. This edition was announced at the Sony Press Conference at E3. The guy from EA stated that this, along with Dead Space 2, will receive exclusive content, only to the PS3. Now when you check the gamestop site, there is no mention of the Frontline game what so ever. So yeah...
Let the flame wars begin. Please tell me how this got through approvals? I have both in front of me right now, and I have no problems with either. Seriously. Also, the freaking article is writing like a five year old. Who is "lets"? GTFO!!
I would love to see how a developer parties. I did attend the BIG/WIGI E3 party though, it was pretty epic. I hard Activision knows how to get down, though.
I am trying to figure out. Is it really like a MGS5? And how is co-op? In fact, does is continue the story, or what? Or is it a prequel? I always got lost in the MGS saga. Just bring me Rising.
Isn't this an opinion piece? He's stating why he thinks KZ3 should have made it. Remember when GTA4 got 10s across the board? All those sites hammering on why the THOUGHT it didn't deserve it? Cut it some slack. Geez.
Fighting games usually take a lot of concentration. So if you are seeing stuff come out at you, you will lose focus, and lose the match. Therefore, taking the fun out of games.
just dont see the point of why zombies is actually NEEDED in the game...but i like the fact that you took time to read it instead of commenting. if i want to kill zombies i would play zombie games, not a game that has nothing to do with zombies
also does that mean that it is ok for the devs to do a half ass job on the story and on the online part? would you pay $60 for that?
