You must be looking at the wrong box or something cause under X360, in the article, on the controller cross-section it says “Xbox360 wireless controller” and under the X360 on the communication cross-section it says "Ethernet port" so where the heck are you looking? Yes it is a port which means that they didn’t have to start from scratch but that doesn’t mean that they had a whole extra year either.
When you port you don’t have to re-code as much but all of the code doesn’t work so you have to patch up the game. Also because the systems have different architecture you also don’t get the benefit of taking advantage of the total system hardware. (i.e. X360 better at textures, Ps3 better at partials)

Rumble, no rumble…..I can’s ay either way. Yeah it is nice to have on different types of games like driving, fighting, FPS, and sports, but if you think about it, force feedback is kinda old school. To illustrate my point lets look at the newest Fight Night.

You make some good arguments but I don’t agree with you on the whole GOW being able to be compared to any first-gen PS3 game.
You have to take in consideration that although GOW has been in development in anticipation for the PS3 launch, developers have had X360 full hardware for a whole year, plus at lest 6 months with full development kits. Let me rephrase, I thought that Doom was OK, it was better that Street Fighter the movie (with van Dam) I thought that movie sucked. But Doom for what it was worth was OK. I didn’t like the whole first person part but it was different so I kinda gave it a chance. The movie IMHO did well to convey the story of Doom and added a very believable twist to how the people were turned into these monsters. Out side of that it was just an alright movie.
