I think you are missing the point. He isn't arguing for ALL CONTENT to be acceptable in Australia.
He is having a go also at the publisher for allowing some of that content, which is just pushing it for an over the top laugh, to be considered acceptable.
It's been a long while that a Splinter Cell has grabbed me. I thought maybe its time had gone.
I guess it depends on how you play it?

And these are a bunch coming out along with a new gen of consoles...it's not like it ever slowed down for X360 or PS3. Quality just seems to keep going...so did we need a next gen?

Considering the fact that you wade through tons of enemies, open-world would probably work.

I'm so wanting this game, but not on PC or Wii U. Stretch goal of PS4 is a good step, so hope it gets there, though it should also go onto X1 for maximum profit imo.

I agree that anal probe seems stupid and immature and don't understand those that think it is funny, at least more than a second or two. I remember though I found the cerebral bore hilarious in Turok back in the N64 days, so maybe because its because I'm older now.
In any case it is up to the dev. to put in what they want, and it is up to the ratings board to rate...
