If you have ever had an Xbox controller connected while playing games on your PC (especially Steam games) all the inputs change from keyboard keys to the Xbox controller buttons. With Pre-Alpha and Alpha builds of multi-platform games they run them on PCs set at a "target" console hardware's specs.
I don't know if you noticed, VATS didn't freeze combat like previous games. It merely slowed down a lot. In 3 and NV, you could leave the screen in VATS indefinitely and think over what you want to do (or leave the game "paused"), but now you need to make a decision.
Oddly enough that was even true of many Xbox games at past E3's (and other shows). Many Alpha builds of games are usually running from PCs (especially in Xbox's case).
PlayStation games [unless multi-platform] tend to either be running on a dev kit or special "demo" PlayStation system. Watch Dogs was a case of multi-platform that was at some point being run on a PC.
I'd get one at that price just for the Remote Play to effectively have my PS4 in two rooms. I'd have to shell out for another DS4 as my second one is kinda broken, but that's neither here nor there since it would have been replaced sooner or later.

With better internet, latency will become a non-issue, BUT the x-factor is the quality of the internet. For a service like PSNow to replace an entire traditional physical distribution market depends heavily on EVERYONE having a very specific level of internet quality and speed. This just will not ever happen. As sad as it sounds, many people still use dial-up (although an incredibly miniscule number) and very slow and/or data capped connections through cell...
I don't know about the Xbox One, but the PS4 supports cloud saves with PS+. It's a limited capacity, but it automatically removes older saves once the capacity limit is reached.
In my case, my console stuff is just not that vital. The cloud save backup will have the games I recently played and have been working on and care more for. The ones I've finished (in hindsight) I could care less if I lost my progress on them because I was already finished with them.
I don't know if there is 100% confirmation that the PS4 operates at SATA III (6.0Gbps) or SATA II (3.0Gbps) speeds natively, though it is always best to get a SATA III supported drive if you upgrade just in case.
USB3.0's [theoretical] peak is 5.0Gbps (faster than SATA II, but a bit slower than SATA III).

Yamauchi is more the one being resistant to car damage in GT than the manufacturers. He is a car nut that appreciates cars in a way that few people do (almost to a point of clinical obsession). There aren't really any great places to run far enough away from the two Shriekers' AoE explosions at the start of the strike and frankly from a time management standpoint it is easier to blast past them as their standard attack is relatively weak (even with the burn) and easy to avoid if you are at a full running pace.
I know that some people want to attack and kill everything, but there are some optional areas in all the strikes where it just isn't worth the has...

Void Burn is going to suck at the beginning if you are playing with any idiots that don't realize that you ignore the Shriekers and the Fallen/Hive battle. I can't tell you how many times I've done the Shadow Thief and had someone kill the Shriekers right at the start to only end up killing the team. Even when NOT in a nightfall two downed shriekers can easily kill 1-2 guardians with their aftermath - add void burn (they're void BTW) and nightfall you're talking insta-wipe...
I'm pretty sure the content between the expansion passes (used to be referred to as Comet) is free to everyone. Seeing as the third subclasses are core to the gameplay it would need to be free.

Precisely. Fallout has shown some improvements with each version (mostly in the environments). Yes it is not on par with other games that have made their entire existence dependent on being benchmarks for high end graphics cards (read...very pretty but shallow and devoid of story/gameplay).

Yep. Just keep playing the Nightfalls and KEEP YOUR EXPECTATION LOW. Seriously I all but gave up on EVER getting Gjally and sure enough the first Nightfall that came out with House of Wolves (and my last character run for that week) graced me with a 365 one. I wasn't even paying attention to the names of who got what, I just checked the rewards for each player and was ecstatic to see my name next to the Gjally.
Keep trying. You WILL eventually get one.

If you have Gjally ANY armor that grants more Heavy Ammo (or Ruin Wings to create it) is a deadly combo in PvE activities. In PvP, as far as Exotic Rocket Launchers go Truth tends to be better than Gjally because of the Proxy detonation+Tracking (Wolfpack rounds don't work as great in PvP for some reason).
Saint-14 is still one of the better helms for team activities though. Since I use Striker most of the time lone-wolfing I either use Armamenta...
Hopefully it can be more like Saints Row where you have 2-3 male and 2-3 female voices. I don't know if this possible though considering Fallout is WAY larger in scope than Saints Row. I can live with one of each if I had to, but it really would be nice to at least have two of each to have some more choice in customization.
