...but wait, isn't that the same thing? I really don't need people acting and showing me how to have fun. I think I can figure that one out on my own.
The console is very innovative and appeals to a larger audience. The remote is inovative and the games are really funny/ action packed/ great. My first set of games will be:
Red Steel
Excite Truck
Twilight Princess
My second set (when they are out) will be:
Metroid
Brawl
Galaxy
Rabids
Sonic
There are so many great games it is hard to slim this list down. Galaxy and Metroid appeal to my classi...
5000 points and a controller is 42 bucks?!? That is a little too expensive for me. I think I will stick with 1000. That seems more reasonable
Many people have a computer, and Ipod, and a DVD at home. So why does everyone make it a big deal about what the Wii doesnt have? Look what we DO have. Red Steel, Metroid, BW2, and much more. Not to mention the remote. That alone made me want one. So although everyone wants to point out what the Wii doesnt have, they need to realize what it DOES have.
They think this is good? They really have no idea of the people that are going to try and get one. For me, there is only one Best Buy in my area, and it usually is packed. I can only imagen how insane it will be. Maybe they will auction off a PS3 every hour, starting price: Your arm. But no worries, I got reservations for Wii games and soon to be Wii console at GameStop. Ahhhh, GameStop, we love you so.
Sony is saying the Wii is pricey?!! Man, they really like to improve their chances of winning above the Wii (and by "mess", I mean completely ruin).
You are judging the actual video rather then the game itself. I believe you will think differently when you play the game yourself.
Although it doesn't seem to effect most gamers, when playing near an open window in your room it can effect gaming. In my room, for example, the sun glares off the screen and may effect my gaming. Guess I'll just have to board up the windows....
The store near my house is going to start pre-orders this week. I already reserved the games though, thats all that matters.
In Halo:CE a bunch of idiots swear when you use the shee, swear when you use the warthog, and swear anytime you are better at them (which is very likely). I wish there was a way to punch them online.
I can understand Nintendo putting in two Wiimotes with the nunchuks, and putting in Wii sports really appeales to its gaming community. It also appeals to their general target audience, so it does sound great. I would have liked them to add the classic remote, but it does make sense leaving other things for later.
It sounds cool, but I was hoping for something more basic then that. I can't wait untill the 14th, I must have more info!
....maybe. Calm down, fanboy urges, calm down.....
