Awesome someone disagrees with this. These are our future victims if they ever have the balls to go online & compete.
Wh-wh-where is my rewind? Its-Its-no-no-not fair! I should still have the chance to win after I ran my car off the track. Snivel snivel.
swat, that is what racing is all about...not making mistakes. That's just racing. You fug up, you lose.
haha, maybe todays gamers grandparents might be interested in this. But not the gamers.
Leno = lame. Just retire already.
Who was expecting rewind from GT5? LOL
Learn how to drive!
I wonder if they can postpose the release to add more useless stuff just for people to say, "how cool is that?"
hype
Not crazy. Not stupid. Getting paid to say very obvious things must be pretty smart.
But the dude really is Captain Obvious. Know one knows why the flying f*ck he became a famous spokesperson.
Make a great product, and you don't need to spend a half billion dollars to convince people it is worth buying.
I agree with zootang. I am a gamer & a motorsports fan. I have seen plenty of talk about GT5 in car magazines. I don't know how many are out there, but there are a bunch of racing fans that don't usually play video games that will buy a PS3 to play GT5.
This game has been hyped in articles from media that doesn't even cover games, such as car magazines like Road & Track, and others. This game is going to sell very well even if they don't put out a lot of ads (which I would be surprised if we don't start seeing those too). Motorsports fans who don't have a PS3 will be tempted to buy one just to play this game.
It is for movies on physical media. DVD is being phased out. That tech is over 15 years old, which has been the upper limit in any kind of data storage technology.
I have been playing this game, and really ran out of interest. So no DLC for me. I feel this game lacks the focus of having a more clear story to follow as motivation to keep the player character moving forward. Fallout 3 was very clear on objectives. Without having clarity, it is hard for me to get through games that have a lot of content, but not much challenging gameplay, as far as combat/action.
Even oval races in NASCAR can be interesting if you really know what you are watching. It is rather intense for that many cars to be packed into small tracks, driving that close together, going as fast as they are. You really don't get a sense of the speed when watching these kinds of races on TV.
If Microsoft are pimps, does that mean their devs are whores, and their customers are johns?
IMHO, if you are really competetive at virtual racing, you will prefer a game that does not have too much unnecessary distracting graphics. There is a reason they don't have lots of vibrant colors & flashing neon signs around real race tracks.
Word. Little kiddy toys always sell well, so who cares about this kind of news on game sites (except the little kiddies, corporate people, or useless fanboys)
I'm guessing those in the 10% really don't have the option. Saying they would rather play games is probably false justification for knowing they aren't able to get any sex.
Haha, the real truth comes out what they made this thing for.
I don't know why anyone would expect a good sequel from a game as bad as force unleashed. despite being a big Star Wars fan, I have a low opinion of games where controller accuracy seemed like an afterthought by the devs...who were probably more caught up in trying to be part of the cool Star Wars story telling than making a good game at the nuts & bolts level.
I agree. It takes a long time to earn enough to purchase a lot of cars. No backup means having to do it all over again if your system ever bricks.
