You have to look at the cost of tech being put into this, they are already going to be selling it at a loss at $499 with an onboard processor and their LED tech for the lenses.
$399 isn't even close to doable with the hardware being put into the PSVR. Plus the numbers they have set for themselves, it will be at cheapest $499.
Sony will undercut them, but they cannot do it by much, concerning the onboard processor and the resolutions/fps targets they have to meet to make it viable. My guess would be $499 and take a loss on each unit to popularize it.
Summer for the beta, click bait titles sigh.
Don't listen to him, if you have the disk you never have to connect your console to install it.
Because insecurity reigns supreme at n4g. Just be happy for the titles coming and the competition and stop comparing in every article. Both consoles have a huge 2016 planned.
People are forgetting the amount of brand new IPs coming to Xbox next year, a lot to be excited about and more unannounced . Not to mention returning franchises that people are more than ready for. I don't care about sales and never have, even though XB1 is doing outstanding, I just want innovation and great titles.
2016 is the year for new IPs on XB1, so it will be interesting.
What are you smoking Emman, the exclusives have been close thus far, but Xbox has delivered consistently.
I give this month for PS Plus a 5/7.
FFXV easily.
What a trashy clickbait article, almost every title released now a days has issues at launch. Development process is longer and it takes a long time to test and fine tune things.
The Order: Not worth 18.86 definitely wins this award, but Battlefront just has no soul to it, thanks Dice.
Grim Fandango for 3 dollars, everyone should grab this game immediately.
Because MS allowed the developers to put it on PC, it is still a MS published product.
They both are console exclusives for this year which what the article is about.
Ori and State of Decay are exclusives according to wording by Sony and every other gamer nowadays. The only reason they are on PC is because MS is trying to united their playerbase and cater to all divisions unlike Sony that just continues to completely ignore the Vita and now the PS3.
Sorry this list has been curved for bias and did not include two huge MS published titles.
Because the game is still very popular and alot of people are just now getting Xbox Ones? Or maybe because alot of people bought the basic version and this gives all the extras. Just because you own it doesn't mean that isn't a very generous offer by MS. Also, Zheroes looks like alot of fun for a side-scroller.
They said first on console, meaning it will have XB1 version later, Sony got the jump because they have worked with the dev before.
