Umm, it's Battlefield. It doesnt have to show gameplay. Anyone that has ever played Battlefield knows what to expect for gameplay. Everyone that has played it talks very highly of it, which is the opposite of what I am reading about his game.
Battlefield 3 = Amazing graphics and great gameplay.
Twisted Metal = Mediocre graphics and last gen gameplay.

I dont care what brand tv it is, all the 3d I've seen so far is unimpressive. Active or passive, it's overrated.
I cant believe how butthurt the Sony ponies are that the PS3 is still in 3rd place. As long as the 360 is still kicking butt in North America, the biggest market on the planet, the PS3 will not catch it in total sales this gen, especially considering we are only a max of 2 years away from the next gen.
I just recently bought a new pc, and and with my wired 360 controller, this new pc has turned into a really awesome super high def version of my xbox. My 360 and my PS3 have been collecting dust since I bought it. THey really just cant compare. Between Games for Windows and Steam, they got it all covered.
Go ahead idiots, keep pushing Gamestop till they go under, then watch the game industry plummet into a shell of what it is now. Like it or not, used game sales are a big reason the gaming industry boomed over the last 15 years, take that away, and you can bet the industry is going to suffer. You want people to stop buying used? Drop the prices of new games you morons. Give real incentives for buying new, not penalizing for buying used. No one wants to spend $60 on an unfinished and buggy game...
While I thought Killzone 3 was infinitely better than 2, the series as a whole is so meh. There is just nothing special about it. It has no soul. People love to talk about Halo being generic, but the story and characters ensure that that doesnt matter. Killzone has nothing other than graphics. The characters are some of the worse and most annoying cast I've ever seen. Killzone 3 is nothing more than a graphical tech demo for most people.
Look at what the 360 is able to do WITHOUT Japan. Yeah, keep laughing.
Japan is irrelevant not only from the sales from but from the software development front as well. Aside from a very few developers, most Japanese games dont even see light outside of Japan. It's not surprising that a xenophobic country doesn't support anything outside itself, it's the very definition of who they are.
I seriously beginning to think Jaffe isnt the one with the talent. Everything he has done solo has been a disaster. it makes me think he just got lucky enough to get talented people around him, but he takes all the credit. He is nothing more than a Sony pony himself, and he has no peripheral vision in the games industry because of the Sony blinders he has on. It's time to take this guy off the pedestal.
Steam is a great idea that is poorly executed. It really needs an overhaul, there is no reason is has to be so heavy, and I hate how you are forced to install it on some games, that is BS.

The Apple business model is HORRIBLE for consumers, but people still buy it up like its candy. A lot of stupid people in this world just buying into whats cool (just look at Wii sales).

This is Sony's fault for lying to everyone about the true capabilities of the PS3. They hyped the cell up so much that there are actually people out there that think the Cell puts the PS3 in the same league as a high end pc.

Ummm, of coarse the 360 is showing it's age. Guess what, SO IS THE PS3!!!! Go play anything on a decent pc and you'll see real quick how behind all of the consoles are. I mean damn, to this day neither console has managed to show a game that looks on par with Crysis, and that game is almost 4 years old.
