If you don't have a Radeon 5xxx series yet, your just not doing it right. The 5830 is another fine offering in that line.
I have three systems, A HTPC with a 5450, a mid range low power box with a 5750 and my gaming system sports a 5870. These cards are amazing, the 5830 is another great shot in the arm for PC gaming enthusiasts, high powered, priced well, I love what AMD is doing with the Radeon line.
I thought this was a fair reaction to the attached video. Well writen, valueing both the perspective of the gamer and the concerned parent.

NVIDIA bit off more than they could chew with this one.
While I do know that Charlie tends to bash NVIDIA, lets look at the facts.
NVIDIA put a GPU up at a press event months ago, it was only a mock up borad, they are extraordinarily late to support DX11, they had nothing of real consequence at CES other than a couple of hands off tech demos, and a bunch of 3D stuff that will never work at home.
Any way you slice it, NVIDIA is not positioned to compete in the PC gaming market right now. Fermi is a manufacturing nightmare...

Natal should really be a stand alone product. Its not going to work as a peripheral. First off, you need a really open living space to make it all work, and second, its really going to be niche, it does not appeal to the core xbox audience. Microsoft should have developed it as a stand alone gaming experience, I think it would have marketed better.

Typical Wii banter from a hardcore gamer. Its beauty is not in its traditional titles. Seeing my five year old play tennis with her cousin and having a blast doing it, thats the need it fulfills.
The core male 13-23 gamer probably is not going to get that. Age a little, grow some facial hair (real stuff, not peach fuzz), get married have a kid, then tell me how you feel about the wii.

I know every Tom Dick and Harry wants a career reviewing video games, but they can't have it. IGN got there first, and does it better than most sites. No, its not perfect, but this kind of bashing in order to obtain some quick interest for a game blog is just distasteful.
