Nobody knows what the PC version framerate was. Maybe they decided that not enough people's had the juice and in a full running game, it's completely different to a graphics demo.

I don't know why you keep brining the 8800gtx up.
When you use a PC, you have the choice to use it how you want, this is true. You can have games running in whatever rez you want, but then you have to think about settings, aa/af high mid,low etc. and games don't magically run@60fps constant, unless you packing something decent and depending on the game.

You must go into the settings like Estranged said and you get a nice base output.
Don't get me wrong, they could be much improved sounds and i'm sure it'll happen for GT6, because you need inside car sounds, outside, views need different sounds. Also gt does sound more digital instead of analogue.(cd-record type thing)

Ram got nothing to do with graphics, so textures are not graphics, objects don't take up ram.
Ram is needed for most things, Kinda the reason why the Wii u version of NFSMW has PC textures and consoles do not.
PS4 does not have a weak CPU/GPU.
It has an 8 core APU that has never been done.
PC only has the edge because you can keep lumping gpu's/cpu's in...
Except 10million of those were replacements from faulty consoles rrod among other things.
