Yes because they can fix the netcoding for the next game. If they don't realize it the next star wars game or next battlefield game could come out with the same crappy netcoding.

That is why I said that the extra month was most likely used for coding. But to get it as good or better then the Xbox 360 version they didn't need to use all of the power of the ps3. Needs different coding but didn't use all of the power. Sonys first party studios definately did get close to maxing it out.
The less powerful hardware needs the most work because they have it optomize it more to squeeze every bit of power out of it. If you want developers to continue to make games in the future they need support. Watch Dogs has been in development for 5 years and if there games just start flopping in sales there won't be games being made at all. It's like Capcom changed up the formula for re5 and 6. But now they don't have much money left and it would suck for them to go bankrupt.
Probably because before they were showing the pc version and in 2012 the ps4/xbox one weren't even announced yet. Devs like to show off the best version of the game and seeing how watch dogs supports 4k or they could show ps3/xbox 360 gameplay. Makes for a pretty big difference.
Imagine a linear format with different ways you can go during the scripted sequences. Instead of you have to climb this way it gives some options. I totally agree with the guy who says that if they do it like Tomb Raider it would be perfect.
The big issue with Ryse was when you got it everything was unlocked. Once you saw everything it became the same thing over and over. It's so much better when you get the game and you know a little about it and they keep surprising you throughout the game.

Not neccessarily. Remember back a while there was an article called The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt fur tech will bring your gpu to its knees. Theydid a comparison with and without fur tech and the difference was 90 fps. Depends how hardcore they go with everything else really. I can't wait to see some gameplay though.

Not every game needs multiplayer. Games like Tomb Raider has been grilled for the tacked on multiplayer and stopped plenty of people from going for the platinum trophies.
What internet speeds does that get you? Upload doesn't matter unless your playing online games. What is the download speed?
Watch Dogs on PC supports 4k and caps at 60fps at 4k. You seriously think that 1080p is going to look close to 4k? Quadrouple the resolution and ps4 version is 30fps.
