PC gaming is unfortunately gimped this generation due to piracy and do to most higher profile titles being console ports. last e3 came and went with the same level of the 360's horsepower being displayed.. remember Gears2 was supposed to be the graphics king, but after it looked just like the first one.. everyone withdrew the comments and started talking up gameplay instead of graphics. (which is always obviously important but for some reason when its pointed out how dull the 360's graphics are, people revert back to gameplay)

All multiplatform PC/360 games dont have steep requirements, Because the 360's technology is gimped. Get it? If the 360's hardware was changing every year, then the requirements would change, because you'd be able to utilize more PC power. But since its gimped, everyone has to optimize their games to run on gimped hardware, which means you cant utilize SPU's for the ps3, nor do you need 2 videocards to run Left4dead in 5-year old source engine.
