I agree that the main issue with Hitman Absolution is it's casualization, but my point is that the people complaining about how killer nuns don't belong in a Hitman game are either people who's never played a Hitman game before, or people who forgot/ignored very important elements in the style of Hitman games. Sex/fetishism has always been a part of Hitman, not only that, but the way it's presented in Absolution is actually MUCH milder in comparison with older Hitman games. My...
That's my point. A lot of people who claim to be Hitman "fans" don't actually get what Hitman is about.
And Hitman "fans" were complaining about killer nuns. What's there's actually very diluted compared with what we got in the past Hitman games.
That's the problem. You can't describe a cover art any more generically/casually than that.
I run Far Cry 3 at native 1200p(yes, the taller resolution 1200p that's been phased out) at 30fps MAX graphics with my HD5850 which was considered mid range almost 5 years ago. I do have console gaming to thank for not having to upgrade my hardware at all for the past 4 years, or anytime soon, until probably the next generation of consoles roll out anyway xD
Oh wow, thanks for the spoiler damn it.
This fascination with exclusives is the reason the Vita is failing. When handheld owners want "exclusives" it translates to publishers as "our standards are low and are happy with games made with little effort as long as they're exclusive." Handheld "exclusives" rarely live up to the system's standards. The higher rated games on the Vita right now are mostly ports. An exception would be Gravity Rush, but even that was originally developed as a PS3 game.
It doesn't need anti-aliasing. It probably runs in native resolution.
LOL! I don't get it either! I got that game for free and was still massively let down!
I wonder if they have to follow the trend that the games have to go forward in time?
I don't think that's an unfair comparison at all. The games weren't held back by technical limitations. Most of the gripe with those games is with the bland stories and weird concepts that try too hard to show off the Vita's unique features, loosing focus in the process.
You're not a Sony fanboy, just a PS3 fanboy.
I do find it dissapointing that more and more focus is being shifted away from the singleplayer, and I did expect that Blops2 to be the same. However, after having played I honestly think that they put more effort into the singleplayer this time around. It's actually quite well done. It's actually quite open ended. The story might not branch to an extent like Mass Effect, but it's pretty close to Indigo Prophecy, which is saying a lot for a CoD game. I know it's hard to imagin...
I have to agree with him. It's a lot more linear and lost much of its sandbox element.
Because this isn't an inherant feature of the system, it's also an inherent feature for any colored screen. You can watch green and magenta 3D on any screen as long as you have them green and magenta glasses which you can DIY.
Yes.
Not when it's talking time and resources away from Bend studios who could've been working on a Syphon Filter by now.
Can you pull 30 tons of freight up a hill in a town car?
You let your "primitive instinct" get in your way and you call yourself a man? That's actually called being a boy.
I'm not sure if that statistic is true.
